Senior Construction Manager

Tony Mouser is a Construction Manager with over ten years of airfield experience managing the day-to-day activities of airfield construction as the owners lead representative. As a licensed professional civil engineer in the state of California, Tony has field experience observing, coordinating, and resolving any issues with work related to existing infrastructure removals, subgrade stabilization, placement of aggregate base, AC/PCC paving, installation of electrical/airfield lighting, placement of airfield striping, and construction/commissioning of FAA navigational aids (NAVAIDs).
Tony effectively coordinates between the contractor, subcontractors, airport management, and key stakeholders to facilitate critical construction phasing. Tony manages pre-activity meetings between the FAA, the owner, the contractor, and other stakeholders to successfully complete construction with minimal delay or disruption to airfield operations. Additionally, Tony conducts field investigations and provides solutions and documentation of civil and airside-related construction. Tony works with the contractor to ensure a quality project is delivered for the client on time and within budget.
