Strategic Acquisition Enhances Service Offerings and Market Presence
Pittsburgh, PA, November 4, 2024 – We are pleased to announce that T. W. Consultants, Inc. (TWC) and T.
W. Engineering, Inc. (TWE) now join our family of companies, KDG Construction Consulting (KDG) and
Quality Engineering Solutions, Inc. (QES). This move marks another significant investment in the Mid-Atlantic and an important milestone in our journey towards our growth in Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. The TWC and TWE sister companies have been under the sole ownership of Mr. A.R. Tasir (Tas) Wahlah since their inception. Effective November 1, 2024, TWE merged into TWC, and the two firms are now one entity.
TWC provides construction inspection services, complementing and expanding our existing offerings across Pennsylvania. TWE provides civil engineering and professional land survey services, bringing enhanced capabilities to our existing technical services platform. QES, a Pennsylvania-based firm, provides construction inspection, construction management, and pavement engineering services throughout the United States (www.qespavements.com).
