Shelly Hogans

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Shelly Hogans serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 25 years of extensive corporate finance experience. She is known for her transformational leadership style, her ability to identify and harmonize interdependent processes, streamline operations, and implement robust financial systems. With a proven track record in risk and treasury management, acquisition integration, forecasting, and financial reporting, her expertise ensures the delivery of accurate and timely financial information essential for strategic decision-making.

Before joining the company, Ms. Hogans held progressive roles in accounting and finance and more recently served as Vice President of External Reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance for Limbach, a publicly traded building systems solution firm, where she successfully implemented comprehensive financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance programs and board governance protocols.

She is a Certified Public Accountant (active) licensed in Pennsylvania and a Certified Management Accountant who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State’s Smeal College of Business and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business. She is also an alumna of TALI’s Executive Leadership Academy at Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business. Additionally, Shelly is an active member of Financial Executives International (FEI), the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), and a lifetime member of NABA Inc.
