Shelia Taylor is KDG’s Vice President, responsible for developing operational improvement initiatives, and providing construction management oversight for multiple projects. She consistently demonstrates the flexibility required to adjust to rapidly changing schedules and shifting priorities, maintaining close communication with Owners, routinely visiting project sites, monitoring risk and developing strategies to support project managers and project teams.
Trained as an architect, Ms. Taylor has over 15 years of experience leading, managing and coordinating a diverse range of construction projects in market sectors including aviation, utilities, public works, capital improvements, and affordable mixed-use housing. Her skills include project planning, budget development and administration, contract negotiation, developing and maintaining project schedules, and design and construction oversight. She has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Prairie View A&M University in Texas.
