Samuel Kirk is an experienced Project/Construction Manager and professional civil engineer with over 12 years of experience and extensive knowledge of Greenbook, Caltrans, and FAA Advisory Circular specifications. Throughout the course of Mr. Kirk’s career, he has completed a variety of projects across aviation, roadway and port waterway. He has extensive experience managing teams and overseeing complex projects of various bid amounts and delivery methods including design bid build. Mr. Kirk manages the Taxilane K Reconstruction and Construct Taxilane U Projects at the Long Beach Airport. These improvements will preserve safety and capacity.
