Paula Dela Paz

Director – Accounting and Payroll

With over a decade of professional experience in accounting and payroll, Paula Dela Paz serves as the Director of Accounting and Payroll at KDG Construction Consulting, where she has been a dedicated team member since 2019. In this role, she reports directly to the CFO and handles various financial responsibilities, including month-end journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and general ledger oversight. She also manages the accounting for KDG Aviation, overseeing financial operations for the aviation division, including revenue and expense management, and financial reporting.

Additionally, Ms. Dela Paz ensures timely and accurate payroll processing, maintaining multi-state tax compliance. She oversees tax return submissions, coordinates overhead and insurance audits, and collaborates with the team and external accountants for annual financial statement reviews. She also supports HR functions, including employee onboarding, terminations, benefits management, and overseeing health and 401(K) plan administration.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Dela Paz gained valuable experience in accounting and payroll management while working closely with accountants at a CPA firm. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship, which helped develop her business skills and diverse abilities, laying the foundation for her success in her current role.
