Program Logistics Manager

Donald Chinery is a highly-skilled Program Logistics Manager with over 20 years of experience working on coordination and logistics management teams. Mr. Chinery has experience in the program management consulting field with a variety of public aviation agencies including Los Angeles World Airports and Ontario International Airport Authority. Mr. Chinery manages the COOL (Coordinated Oversight Organizational Logistics) team for Ontario International Airport Authority in support of a $2.5B Capital Improvement Program. He oversees the Master Schedule, GIS Program, Logistics Management, Shutdown Coordination Center and Project Evaluation Response Team. The COOL team is responsible for minimizing the impacts of planning and construction activities on airport operations and the customer experience. He has presented numerous research papers and publications at various national aviation conferences to international and regional colleagues.
