Over the past five years, KDG has coordinated and managed the construction of more than $8 billion in public works and capital improvement projects.

Here at KDG we have those numbers beat by a long shot.

35% of our professionals are women, with 57% of the total KDG work force being People of Color.

We focus mostly on respecting and appreciating what makes employees different in terms of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, education, and national origin.

Each employee in an organization brings with them a different set of perspectives, thoughts, beliefs and ideas which helps employers have different views on various business challenges and opportunities.

Inclusive organizational culture makes people feel respected and valued for who they are as an individual or group. Employees who feel welcomed are often much more committed to their work, are more motivated and have higher levels of employee engagement.

The process of inclusion focuses on making people feel valued and important for company’s success. When people feel valued and appreciated, they function at full capacity and feel part of the organization’s mission and core company values.
