Danette L. Hoffer, MBA, CPA

Controller

Danette Hoffer serves as Controller and brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and organizational leadership. Her areas of expertise are in financial reporting, audit coordination, internal controls, budgeting, and compliance, with a strong historical background in both the healthcare and manufacturing sectors.

She spent over two decades in progressively senior finance roles for a large academic medical center, including Division Controller and Director of Finance for the Post-Acute division, where she led financial reporting, budgeting, and integration initiatives across multiple business units. Prior to joining our company, Danette served as the corporate controller for a specialty steel manufacturer, serving clients in both domestic and international capacities within the aero and defense industries.

In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania, Danette holds a master’s degree in business administration from Robert Morris University and a bachelor’s degree in management with an accounting emphasis from the University of Pittsburgh.
