Vice President – Human Resources

Casey Fitzpatrick serves as the Vice President of Human Resources, dedicated to cultivating a positive work environment and promoting organizational efficiency and success. With over 25 years of experience as a seasoned Human Resources professional, Casey possesses expertise across all facets of HR, including talent acquisition, HR strategy, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.

She spent 15 years honing her expertise in internal HR practices at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and Ernst & Young before transitioning to HR consulting in 2012. Over the past decade, Casey has provided strategic HR guidance to organizations such as PPG Paints, Kraft Heinz, MedExpress, Candor Expedite, and many others. She specializes in developing, scaling, and optimizing HR strategies and processes to support business growth.

Casey holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Labor & Industrial Relations from Penn State University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through HRCI.
