Rodney Johnson is responsible for developing transaction strategy and supporting strategic planning related to real estate and business development at KDG. He participates in the firm’s efforts to identify strategic opportunities, and is responsible for evaluating, planning, structuring, and negotiating business development in targeted industries. Mr. Johnson also serves as KDG’s client relations officer for key municipal and education programs.

Mr. Johnson has been involved with real estate for 30 years, with experience developing both commercial and residential projects, and has deployed over $2.5 billion in debt and equity capital for institutional investors. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California, a member of Stanford Professionals in Real Estate, a former California Assembly Fellow and former Adjunct Professor in the School of Business Administration at Clark Atlanta University. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
