Nazih Batarseh, P.E. - Utility Infrastructure
Nazih Batarseh currently serves as KDG’s liaison between Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) and Los Angeles International Airport, where he is responsible for managing, organizing, and providing direction for utility coordination work related to the airport’s multi-year capital improvement program.
A former LADWP Director of Power Systems and a registered mechanical engineer, Mr. Batarseh has over 33 years of experience in utility coordination, electrical power generation and distribution. He has extensive experience in the construction, commissioning and operations management of power facilities. Throughout his career, Mr. Batarseh has demonstrated his skills in engineering design, regulatory compliance and project management. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University at Northridge, and is licensed by the State of California as a Professional Mechanical Engineer.
